此版本為 AWS Elastic Beanstalk提供了新的 Windows Server 平台版本。此版本會套用 Windows 安全性更新，它還新增了對 .NET Core 3.0.0 的支援，移除了 Windows Server 2008 平台版本，並新增了對某些 AWS 區域中其他 Amazon EC2 執行個體類型的支援。
