Creates a system that represents a logical grouping of services.

Indicates whether cross-account sharing is enabled for the system.

Map Entries: Maximum number of 50 items.

Value Length Constraints: Minimum length of 0. Maximum length of 256.  
Value Pattern: `[^\x00-\x1f\x22]*`

The list of fields that failed validation.
