自 2023 年 12 月 31 日 AWS 起，已开始在所有 AWS API 端点上全面实施 TLS 1.2。任何运行早于此版本的 *Windows Server 2019* 版本的环境仍使用 TLS 1.0 和 1.1。在这些旧版本上运行的应用程序可能无法再执行配置部署、应用程序部署、auto scaling、新环境启动、日志轮换和增强型运行状况报告等操作。  
为避免影响可用性的风险，请尽快将您的平台版本升级到新版本。
