Removing an attachment
You can remove an attachment that has been uploaded, has failed to upload, or that you no longer want to include with the case.
To remove an attachment
In the attachments table, locate the file you want to remove.
Choose Remove in the Action column.
The file is removed from the table immediately.
Note
Removed files are not immediately deleted from storage. They are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
