# 如何 Amazon Monitron 运作

Amazon Monitron 是一种机器学习 end-to-end状态监控解决方案系统，可检测机械内部正在出现的故障，使您能够实施预测性维护计划并减少因计划外机器停机而造成的生产力损失。

Amazon Monitron 包括用于捕获振动和温度数据的专用传感器、用于自动将数据传输到 AWS 云端的网关，以及用于在跟踪设备状态时进行系统设置、分析和通知的应用程序。

Amazon Monitron 传感器使用 ISO 阈值模型和机器学习 (ML) 模型来监控振动。ISO 模型用于分析振动幅度（机器状况）。ML 模型用于检测振动的变化（机器状况的变化）。

无需任何开发工作或专业培训，即可部署可靠性经理 Amazon Monitron 来跟踪工业设备（例如轴承、电机、变速箱和泵）的机器运行状况。

1.  Amazon Monitron 传感器捕获来自设备（资产）的温度和振动数据，并将其传输到网关。

1. 网 Amazon Monitron 关使用工厂的互联网连接将数据传输到 AWS 云端。

1.  AWS 云端 Amazon Monitron 基于 ML 的服务会分析传感器数据。

# Amazon Monitron 组件
<a name="monitron-components"></a>

Amazon Monitron 包括用于捕获振动和温度数据的专用传感器，以及用于自动将数据传输到云端的 AWS 网关。它还附带了两个版本的应用程序。移动应用程序可以处理系统设置、分析以及跟踪设备状况时发出的通知。Web 应用程序可以提供与移动应用程序相同的所有功能（设置除外）。
