# 选择测量查看平台
有两种方法可以 Amazon Monitron 用来查看资产的测量值和异常情况。您可以在移动应用程序中查看，也可以在 Web 应用程序中查看。两种方式各有优势。
使用移动应用程序，您可以利用手机的蓝牙和近场通信 (NFC) 功能来安装和配置网关及传感器，如 [Wi-Fi 网关](setting-up-Wi-Fi-gateways.md)中所述。
使用 Web 应用程序，您可以将数据下载为 .csv 文件。此外，您的显示器可能比手机屏幕大，因此，Web 应用程序可能更适合使用折线图查看测量结果。
您可以通过单击项目链接来激活移动应用程序或 Web 应用程序。项目链接是管理员发送给用户的链接，如[发送电子邮件邀请](resending-email.md)中所述。不过，您也可以重新生成该链接，方法是在**项目**页面选择用户，然后选择**电子邮件说明**，您也可以在**项目详细信息**下选择**复制链接**。

要使用最新 Amazon Monitron 功能，请定期检查您的移动设备是否有更新。Amazon Monitron 会定期发布新的应用程序版本，如果您没有启用自动更新，则需要进行手动更新。相关通知将在更新可用时在 Web 应用程序上提供。
**灵活更新和即时更新**
Amazon Monitron 提供两种应用程序内更新：灵活更新和即时更新。**灵活更新**可让您在登录后选择是否更新 Amazon Monitron 应用程序。**即时更新**包含安全更新，您必须安装这些更新才能使用应用程序。您可以从 Amazon Monitron 应用程序安装更新，也可以直接从 Google Play 或 App Store 安装更新。

您可以选择以两种图表格式查看传感器测量数据：散点图和折线图。下图显示了散点图视图（上方）和折线图视图（下方）。

# 了解传感器测量数据
当传感器最初与资产配对时， Amazon Monitron 将从设备收集的振动和温度数据中学习，从而建立基线来确定该资产的 “正常” 情况。它将利用这一学习结果来检测未来可能出现的故障。
视情况而定，运营场景、用例和各种参数（例如资产的占空比） Amazon Monitron 将需要 14 到 21 天才能建立该基准。在初始学习和训练阶段，系统会假设资产的运行状况正常。
在确定资产基准后， Amazon Monitron 监控其收集的数据，寻找表明潜在故障的事件或趋势。它会特别关注温度或振动水平的增加，或两者同时增加的情况。温度增加和振动增加是机器故障的两个主要指标。机器异常通常表明资产开始出现故障。
Amazon Monitron 使用国际标准化组织 (ISO) 为您的机械类别设定的振动阈值。它将 ISO 设定的阈值与自我训练模型相结合，来评估适合您设备的实际阈值。例如，如果您的机器运行有点热或有点冷，或者它的振动幅度略高于标准水平，则可以稍微 Amazon Monitron 调整阈值，以便它可以更准确地识别机器何时出现异常行为。
在初始学习和训练期间，您收到的唯一的警报将来自 ISO 模型（不需要任何学习时间）。在训练期间，您应像处理其他警报一样处理 ISO 警报，即确认警报、对机器执行任何必要的审查，然后使用适当的操作代码关闭警报。之后， Amazon Monitron 继续微调基线，随着传感器收集更多数据，可以更好地了解 “正常”。
如果温度或振动水平间歇性地超过修改后的阈值，则可能会出现故障，但情况可能不会很紧急。在这种情况下， Amazon Monitron 会发送`Warning`通知。如果上升幅度持续高于阈值，说明情况明显异常，发生故障的可能性较大。在这种情况下， Amazon Monitron 会向移动或网络应用程序发送`Alarm`通知。

## 通知

+ **未检测到故障（静音警报）**：如果检测到同样的异常情况，则不会触发警报
+ **堵塞**：导致操作受限的障碍物
+ **气蚀**：泵吸气压损失
+ **腐蚀**：潮湿腐蚀、摩擦腐蚀、摩擦腐蚀压痕
+ **沉**积物：颗粒积聚
+ **不平衡**：旋转部件失去平衡
+ **润滑**：润滑不足或润滑不当
+ **错位**：旋转组件未对齐
+ **其他**
+ **共振**：外部振动源
+ **旋转松动**：旋转部件如风扇叶片或滑轮松动
+ **结构松动：**组件安装松动
+ **传输故障**：由外力引起
+ **未确定（继续监控）**：如果检测到相同的异常情况，将触发警报。
## 失败原因
以下是 Amazon Monitron 的故障原因：
+ **管理**：操作员错误
+ **设计**：制造商设计不足
+ **制造**：资产已从原始状态修改
+ **维护**：缺乏对资产的维护
+ **操作**：操作状态更改
+ **其他**：保管、运输（振动/冲击）、轴承选择、制造问题、材料问题
+ **质量**：制造商质量不足
+ **未确定**：未确定根本原因
+ **磨损**： Breakdown/Degradation 随着时间的推移
## 使用移动应用程序解决机器异常
1. 从**资产**列表中，选择出现异常（您已解决）的资产。
1. 选择出现异常的位置。
1. 选择 **Resolve**（解决）。
