After March 31, 2027, you will no longer be able to access the Amazon WorkMail console or Amazon WorkMail resources. # Amazon WorkMail end of support


After careful consideration, we decided to end support for Amazon WorkMail, effective March 31, 2027. Amazon WorkMail will no longer accept new customers beginning April 30, 2026. As an existing customer with an account signed up for the service before April 30, 2026, you can continue to use Amazon WorkMail features. After March 31, 2027, you will no longer be able to use Amazon WorkMail.

## Alternative solutions


Amazon WorkMail recommends customers migrate to third-party solutions such as [Kopano Cloud](https://kopano.cloud/workmail-migration/), [Zoho Mail](https://www.zoho.com/workplace/lp/aws-workmail-alternative.html), and [Zoom Mail](https://www.zoom.com/en/lp/amazon-workmail/), each providing Amazon WorkMail-comparable capabilities and tooling for easy migration. You can also migrate to other in-market third-party solutions.
