## AWS Systems Manager

AWS Systems Manager helps you centrally view, manage, and operate nodes at scale in AWS, on-premises, and multicloud environments. An integrated console experience consolidates tools to help you complete common node tasks across AWS accounts and Regions.

## GUI Connect

AWS Systems Manager GUI Connect lets you connect to your Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) Windows Server instances using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). Systems Manager GUI Connect, which is powered by Amazon DCV, provides you with secure connectivity to your Windows Server instances directly from the Systems Manager console. In the console, GUI Connect is also referred to as Fleet Manager Remote Desktop.
