Virtual Deliverability Manager is an Amazon SES feature that helps you enhance email deliverability by providing insights into your sending and delivery data, and giving advice on how to fix issues that are negatively affecting your delivery success rate and reputation.

Virtual Deliverability Manager offers two complementary sets of deliverability capabilities:

SES deliverability

SES deliverability provides insights and recommendations for email sent through Amazon SES—helping you monitor delivery rates, track engagement, identify reputation issues, and resolve configuration problems that affect inbox placement. It includes a dashboard for viewing deliverability data at the account, ISP, sending identity, and configuration set levels, and an advisor that flags infrastructure issues and recommends solutions. Global deliverability

Global deliverability extends your visibility beyond Amazon SES with analytics based on a representative sample of your sending—across every provider your domains send through, not just Amazon SES.
