The category name, as defined in Rules.
iv_condition TYPE /AWS1/CNTSINGLESELQUESTIONRL01 /AWS1/CNTSINGLESELQUESTIONRL01¶
The condition to apply for the automation option. If the condition is
PRESENT, then the option is applied when the contact data includes the category. Similarly, if the condition isNOT_PRESENT, then the option is applied when the contact data does not include the category.
iv_optionrefid TYPE /AWS1/CNTREFERENCEID /AWS1/CNTREFERENCEID¶
The identifier of the answer option.

Condition¶
The condition to apply for the automation option. If the condition is
