/AWS1/CL_BDRTOOLUSEBLOCK

A tool use content block. Contains information about a tool that the model is requesting be run., The model uses the result from the tool to generate a response. For more information, see Call a tool with the Converse API in the Amazon Bedrock User Guide.

CONSTRUCTOR

IMPORTING

Required arguments:

iv_tooluseid TYPE /AWS1/BDRTOOLUSEID /AWS1/BDRTOOLUSEID

The ID for the tool request.

iv_name TYPE /AWS1/BDRTOOLNAME /AWS1/BDRTOOLNAME

The name of the tool that the model wants to use.

io_input TYPE REF TO /AWS1/CL_RT_DOCUMENT /AWS1/CL_RT_DOCUMENT

The input to pass to the tool.

Optional arguments:

iv_type TYPE /AWS1/BDRTOOLUSETYPE /AWS1/BDRTOOLUSETYPE

The type for the tool request.

The ID for the tool request.

name

The name of the tool that the model wants to use.
