Choose **Continue** after completing all required fields.

1. **Verify your phone number.**

Amazon Quick needs to verify your phone number for security purposes.
**Note**
If you don't receive the code, choose **Resend code** after the countdown timer completes. Make sure your phone can receive SMS messages from short codes.

   1. On the **Verify your phone number** page, confirm that the displayed phone number is correct. If not, choose **Edit** to change it.

Amazon Quick processes your payment method and activates your new plan. You are redirected to the **Plan & Billing** page.

To downgrade from Plus to Free:

1. Navigate to **Plan and billing** → **Manage plan**.

1. Under **Free**, choose **Choose plan**.

1. Follow the confirmation prompts.

**Important**
Downgrading to the Free plan reduces your account to a single user and removes access to team collaboration features. All data and configurations are preserved, but only the account owner retains access.
