# Managing account communications

AWS Marketplace uses your AWS account root email address for important communications, including KYC verification updates and account-related requests. Monitor this address regularly and respond from the same email when requested.

KYC verification emails come from seller-verification-enquiry-aws@amazon.co.uk or account-confirmation-eu@amazon.co.uk. To find your root email address, choose **Settings** and then **Notifications** in the AWS Marketplace Management Portal.
