# Access tax documents

You can access your tax documents, such as 1099 forms, from the AWS Marketplace Management Portal.

**To access your tax documents**

1. Sign in to the AWS Marketplace Management Portal at [https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/management/](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/management/) and choose **Settings**.

1. Go to the **Payment information** section.

1. Select the relevant tax forms (1099K or DAC7).

1. If your tax forms are available, you can download them from the **Tax dashboard** page.

**Note**  
Tax documents are only available after you have completed sales transactions and the relevant tax reporting periods have ended. Forms are typically available for download during tax season.

**Sellers in India**  
Sellers in India receive GST tax invoices and Seller Listing Fee tax invoices via email from AWS Marketplace Operations usually within 2 weeks of the transaction. For questions, contact [AWS Marketplace support](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/management/contact-us/).
