Amazon Comprehend is an AWS service for gaining insight into the content of documents. Use these actions to determine the topics contained in your documents, the topics they discuss, the predominant sentiment expressed in them, the predominant language used, and more.

This document provides detailed information about the Amazon Comprehend API actions and their parameters.

You can use [AWS SDKs](http://aws.amazon.com/tools/#sdk) to access Amazon Comprehend APIs using your favorite programming language. The SDKs automatically perform useful tasks for you, such as:
