Retrieves a finding by findingId.

The unique identifier of the finding to retrieve.  
Length Constraints: Fixed length of 36.  
Pattern: `[0-9a-f]{8}-[0-9a-f]{4}-[0-5][0-9a-f]{3}-[089ab][0-9a-f]{3}-[0-9a-f]{12}`   
Required: Yes

ARN identifier.  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 31.
