# AWS Glue support for Freshdesk


AWS Glue supports Freshdesk as follows:

**Supported as a source?**  
Yes – Sync and Async. You can use AWS Glue ETL jobs to query data from Freshdesk.

**Supported as a target?**  
No.

**Supported Freshdesk API versions**  
The following Freshdesk API versions are supported:
+ v2
