# Remove a listener for a custom routing accelerator in Global Accelerator

This section explains how to remove a listener for a custom routing accelerator on the AWS Global Accelerator console. # To remove a listener


1. Open the Global Accelerator console at [ https://console.aws.amazon.com/globalaccelerator/home](https://console.aws.amazon.com/globalaccelerator/home). 

1. On the **Accelerators** page, choose an accelerator.

1. Choose a listener, and then choose **Remove**.

1. In the confirmation dialog box, choose **Remove**.
