Valid Values: `POTENTIAL_ISSUE_DETECTED | NO_ISSUE_DETECTED`   
Required: Yes

 ** Monotonicity **   <a name="LookoutForEquipment-Type-MonotonicValues-Monotonicity"></a>
 Indicates the monotonicity of values. Can be INCREASING, DECREASING, or STATIC.   
Type: String  
Valid Values: `DECREASING | INCREASING | STATIC`   
Required: No
