# Utiliser la notification d’événements d’Amazon RDS

Amazon RDS utilise Amazon Simple Notification Service (Amazon SNS) pour adresser une notification lorsqu’un événement Amazon RDS se produit. Ces notifications peuvent se présenter sous n'importe quel format de notification pris en charge par Amazon SNS pour une AWS région, tel qu'un e-mail, un SMS ou un appel vers un point de terminaison HTTP.
