Plan and billing for Amazon Quick Free and Plus accounts
This topic describes how to view and manage your plan and billing information for
Amazon Quick Free and Plus accounts created at quick.aws.com

This section applies to Amazon Quick Free and Plus accounts. If your organization manages Amazon Quick through the AWS Management Console, billing is handled through your AWS account. For more information, see AWS Billing and Cost Management.

Accessing Plan & Billing
The Plan & Billing page is located in the Amazon Quick account settings portal.
To access Plan & Billing

In Amazon Quick, from the navigation bar, choose your username.

Choose Manage account.

In the left navigation of the Manage Account page, choose Plan and billing.
The Plan & Billing settings page opens in a new browser tab at
account.global.app.aws.
The settings page has its own navigation panel with the following sections:

Plan & Billing – View your current plan, estimated charges, and billing history.

My account – View your account profile and account details. For more information, see Account settings for Amazon Quick Free and Plus accounts.

Support – Access AWS Support (opens externally).
Viewing your current plan
The Plan & Billing page displays the following information about your current subscription:

Current plan – The name and type of your active plan. For example, FREE or PLUS.

Manage plan – Choose this button to view available plans and change your subscription. For more information, see Upgrading your Amazon Quick plan.

Current estimated charges – The estimated cost for your current billing period, displayed in USD.

Days remaining – For trial plans, the number of days remaining in the trial period along with the expiration date.

Payment method – The card type and last four digits of the payment method on file. A Change link is available to update your payment method.

Estimated charges breakdown – An expandable section that provides a detailed breakdown of the charges for the current billing period.
Billing history
The Billing history section displays a table of past billing records with the following columns:

|---|---|
| ID | A unique identifier for the billing record. |
| Type | The type of charge (for example, subscription). |
| Status | The payment status (for example, paid, pending). |
| Due date | The date the payment is due. |
| Payment method | The payment method used for the charge. |
| Amount | The total amount charged. |
| Charge type | The category of the charge. |
| Action | Available actions for the billing record, such as downloading an invoice. |
Note
New accounts will not have any billing records until the first billing cycle completes. The table displays "No billing records to display" until charges are processed.
Billing preferences
Choose the Preferences button on the Plan & Billing page to configure your billing notification preferences.
Changing your plan
To upgrade, downgrade, or change your Amazon Quick plan, choose Manage plan on the Plan & Billing page. For detailed instructions on the upgrade process, including entering contact information and payment details, see Upgrading your Amazon Quick plan.
