Esta versión aplica las actualizaciones de seguridad de Windows de julio de 2019 a la plataforma Windows Server para Elastic Beanstalk y actualiza las versiones de la plataforma. La versión también añade tipos de EC2 instancias de Amazon en determinadas AWS regiones.
