# Release: Elastic Beanstalk Amazon Linux 2 platform updates on February 26, 2021

This release provides new versions for AWS Elastic Beanstalk platforms based on Amazon Linux 2. The release includes security updates. It also introduces two new branches, **Node.js 14** and **Python 3.8**, and includes Docker, Go, Corretto, .NET Core, Node.js, PHP, and Ruby updates.
