Access Manage layouts - Amazon Connect Customer

Access Manage layouts

Administrators with the required permissions (see Security profiles needed to manage layouts) can open the layouts list from the Profile explorer landing page.

  1. In Profile explorer, choose Manage layouts.

  2. The Profile layouts page lists every layout saved for your domain, including the layout name, whether it's the default layout, and when it was created.
