Checks if Amazon Elastic Container Service clusters have container insights enabled. The rule is NON\_COMPLIANT if container insights are not enabled.

**AWS Region:** All supported AWS regions except Asia Pacific (New Zealand), Asia Pacific (Thailand), Mexico (Central), Asia Pacific (Taipei) Region
