# GetSyncConfiguration


Returns details about a sync configuration, including the sync type and resource name. A sync configuration allows the configuration to sync (push and pull) changes from the remote repository for a specified branch in a Git repository.

The request accepts the following data in JSON format.

The name of the AWS resource for the sync configuration for which you want to retrieve information.  
Type: String  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 100.  
Pattern: `^[0-9A-Za-z]+[0-9A-Za-z_\\-]*$`   
Required: Yes

The sync type for the sync configuration for which you want to retrieve information.  
Type: String  
Valid Values: `CFN_STACK_SYNC`

 ** ResourceNotFoundException **   
Resource not found. Verify the connection resource ARN and try again.  
HTTP Status Code: 400

 ** ThrottlingException **   
The request was denied due to request throttling.  
HTTP Status Code: 400
